I’m not really sure which of those phrases should be the first one out of my mouth. I do feel like gluten-free should be its own club. Not a secret club, but we should all stick together. It’s a big undertaking to go gluten free, so having support is helpful – dare I say necessary, if you are going to be successful.

Whoever you are, I wish that I could give you a welcome basket when starting your gluten-free journey. I would put in it a loaf of my sandwich bread, some cinnamon swirl bread, chocolate chip cookies and some cheez-it crackers (all home baked).

Since that’s not a great option logistically, here’s what I want to do instead – give you some good resources for your journey.
